Acted as planning and implementation manager for all Product Support & Procurement (PS&P) transition activities in support of the PS&P Vice President. Supported contract administration, and coordinated product support strategy and bid activity with respect to future opportunities and in developing product support capabilities.Also responsible for Control Account Management across multiple control accounts with a budget of greater than $99M. Working across the extended enterprise to include Joint Venture partners, the Prime Contractor and the Customer, provided Earned Value input concerning organization, work authorization, budget and cost, schedule, performance, and roles and responsibilities.

Supported Exostar Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams to continuously improve the e-procurement solution set.

Managed the adoption, implementation and rollout of global CPFR accounts. Designed and documented a proven implementation methodology subsequently adopted by the CPFR team as the standard for future implementations. Supported new customer acquisition acting as the CPFR application and business process expert.

Worked with Account Managers to provide strategic industry consulting support targeting major accounts. Played a key role in analysis, business case development and solution proposals for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in search of supply chain management solutions.

Managed complex implementations in North America and Latin America of NetWORKS Demand, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor, and VMI ensuring projects were on time and within budget. Provided supply chain consulting in diverse industries including Life Sciences, eBusiness, Automotive, Food and Agriculture, Consumer Goods and Retail.

Responsible for managing all aspects of a DRP system in a multi-location industrial distribution environment resulting in efficient and timely flow of product to meet customer service goals. Coordinated with and assisted team members with the implementation of a new version of JD Edwards software. Provided input from a supply chain point of view to facilitate the system configuration and also introduced demand planning as a method of managing the uncertainty of demand.

Served as a commissioned officer with the rank of Captain and an aeronautical rating of instructor navigator. Achieved combat qualification on two major weapon systems. Decorated for valor and meritorious service during combat operations in the Persian Gulf.
