As the Creative Marketing Director, my responsibilities include conceiving, developing and designing innovative creative materials that will drive, elevate and evolve our hotel and conform to a unique brand standard. Materials include print, online, marketing collateral, catalogs, brochures, logos, packaging, display graphics, and special projects. My position also includes involvement in the overall marketing strategy and an ability to manage additional marketing projects as needed including but not limited to: Executing and managing graphic design needs for print and web, managing photography and video, creating and managing copy, contributing to the strategy for email marketing campaign, assisting with website and email design.

As a member of this committee, we are responsible for providing feedback to the VisitOrlando Team on how to best serve the more than 1,200 VisitOrlando Members. We serve as ambassadors of VisitOrlando, assisting with events, orientations, and all other aspects of the current and new member experience.

Responsible and accountable for driving district-wide business results through the effective coaching of Store Managers in the key areas of rental and retail revenue growth, managing expenses, store experience, marketing execution, developing people and outstanding customer service. Also responsible for providing communication between the district and appropriate Blockbuster leadership regarding business initiatives, company sales, service, performance standards, and goals. • Supported and enforced effective execution of service models and strategies with focus during peak business periods to achieve service standards and sales goals• Analyzed stores’ financial data and partnered with the Mangers to maximize revenues and control costs at or better than budget• Ensured all loss prevention procedures were adhered to and that district specific shrink targets were achieved
