Professional Coaching Business. I oversaw the Web Service needs. Some clients already had websites and needed help with other marketing efforts such as: email marketing, identity/branding, database design, online forms, and SEO/SEM. I did a large portion of website design/development and deployment, eCommerce (shopping carts), and email template creation. Also did a large amount of education and training on Internet technologies and how to own/manage a website.

Produced statements of qualifications, proposal exhibits (complex charts, schedules, background photos, organizational charts, resumes, and the project understanding and approach), and other marketing materials for all civil engineering departments within the local office of a leading provider of consulting and engineering services.

Designed the front-end web sites for various business customers of a local Scottsdale startup company. The company utilized a software as a service (SAAS) platform and created points-based incentive programs to motivate actions and behaviors to attain key business results. Websites created were portals for large companies such as Omega Management Group, Choice Hotels and American Express. Company was initially called UGIVE Interactive, and is now called Incentive Logic.

Conceptualized and build SkyMall's first intranet. Held many different roles over the years, such as: Webmaster, Employee Training Specialist, Web Developer and Project Manager. Was part of the team to build and launch SkyMall's first public website. Achieved certification in Project Management Fundamentals from the AMA.
