In early 2000 I was selected to replace the founding pastors (my parents) of Rock Church Northwest following their tragic death in an airliner crash. Numerically the church was small at the time and since then it has sustained growth, built facilities, launched successful ministries, and is a leading church in the Pacific Northwest. In that time, I have had the opportunity to lead through every growth milestone. These experiences include authority over branding, aesthetics, operations, and communications while building a strong Bible-based, Jesus focused faith and create the management/leadership bedrock for leading The Rock Church.

Worked alongside Teen Mania Ministries in bringing Acquire the Fire to the Seattle area. Beginning with a conference of 1500 in attendance and assisting in its growth to 16,500. Responsibilities included massive volunteer recruitment, networking throughout the region, and "catch all" for Teen Mania when in the Seattle area.

Led students on short-term mission trips to Jamaica and Mexico. Responsibilities included creating team atmosphere, defining daily objectives, training for success, and completing said objectives.
