• Delivery leading the inaugural launch of the North America VALORANT Champions Tour in 2021 including creating working agreements, facilitating lead meetings, and improving communication and collaboration rituals.

• Planned and executed the VALORANT Game Changers Caster Training '21, a program designed to empower and teach women with an interest in casting.

My job was to build awareness and fundraise through gaming. I led the development of gaming at MDA where we execute weekly Game Nights for patients with Muscular Dystrophy, organize competitive tournaments, and book talent to fundraise on behalf of MDA. To date, we've built a Discord with over 2200 members, and have succesfully worked with 25+.

• Interview top League of Legends players with a focus on "how to become a better player".
