As a ROLLER Training & Implementation Manager it is my responsibility to make sure our venue customers are successful in learning and onboarding our guest experience platform. This role requires providing one on one remote training through zoom meetings as well as through project management software like EverAfter, Monday.com, Gainsight, and more. Our customers range from one person operations to multi-site enterprise level entertainment venues.

Since coming into this position a little over a year ago I, along with my Director and teams input, created new documented SOP's for day to day tasks.
