Wrote, recorded, and toured alongside Grammy nominated composer and bandleader, saxophonist Donny McCaslin. Donny and his band served as David Bowie's "Blackstar" band. I joined the crew shortly after that record was made, helping Donny to create his followup LP, "Blow," as well as serving as a member of his international touring quintet througout late 2017, 2018, and limited touring in 2019.

After serving as the Spring 2016 Intern to Senior Producer Katie Simon, as well as producers Alexander Ariff and Josie Holtzman, I was hired by the crew as a freelancer to script and produce a full-length fundraiser episode for JNIA. I learned a great deal in my time at Jazz Night In America, including refining my ability to tell stories with sound. I conducted field interviews and learned the basics of mixing and readying long-form episodes for air, including the creation of episode-specific ads for said program.
