Senior Sales Development Representative
Current- Joined Series A startup as an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), one of two on the team- Collaborated closely with Senior Account Executives (SAEs) to manage their pipelines, including following up on previous meetings, generating additional follow-up meetings, and assisting in closing active deals- Selected to conduct trials for new outbound campaigns, developing and testing new talk tracks independently- Worked closely with managers and the enablement team to establish best practices for future outbound SDRs- Led training sessions for AEs on outbound prospecting best practices and the implementation of effective talk tracks- Selected to be part of a small team of 3 for the company's strategic outbound campaigns- Chosen to spearhead our largest enterprise outbound motion in Q3/Q4 of '24- 1 of 6 tenured reps chosen to mentor incoming new hires on the SDR team
