As the Executive Chef of The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. I lead the daily operations of the kitchen, manage the catering orders, and create innovative and seasonal menus that delight our customers. I have over 17 years of culinary experience, and I hold a culinary arts degree from Culinary Institute of Charleston. I have a strong background in Japanese Cuisine which I developed as an Executive Sushi Chef at Mesu and Republic DMG, two of the most popular restaurants in Charleston. There, I increased the customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality control. I also trained and mentored a diverse and talented team of chefs and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I am passionate about food, and I am always eager to learn new techniques and trends in the industry. I am driven by my commitment to excellence, and my desire to create memorable and satisfying dining experiences for our guests.
