CurrentDevelop strategic plans based on industry trending and customer analysis for a $60M IT Solutions organization. Prepare executive profiles, and perform continuous assessment of assigned accounts’ industry opportunities, business and trends. Manage strategic accounts with high volume revenue and act as the single point of contact for client site associates, onboarding, performance reviews, hiring and terminations, issue management, and conflict management. Primary resource in assisting clients to identify, design, and deliver solutions through strategic planning, business transformation, process optimization, technology and tool optimization, and change management.
