One New Change

My role consisted of managing the front and back of house teams and the smooth running of the restaurant and bar. I also conducted the recruitment and training of new team members. Another part of my role was evaluating the P&L and seeking out new ways to drive sales and reduce costs across all operational aspects including; staffing, wastage and F&B GP

I spent two years on a round the world solo backpacking trip visiting North America, Oceania, Australasia, South East Asia and UAE
