I give my guests an experience that goes with them and get them education to recreate what I have done for them. I give guests solutions to any frustrations they may be having with their current look.

Built a large guest count. Serviced these guests in a full service salon. Attended many trade shows and education events to better service my guests. Trained new stylists as my associates so they could build their skills and guest count quicker.
