As the Executive Director of Programs & Instruction for Litchfield Elementary School District, I oversee Teaching & Learning, Special Education, Federal Programs, English Language Development, and Educational Technology. My 20+ years in education include roles such as teacher, principal, and district administrator. As Principal of Palm Valley Elementary, I led the school to earn a National Blue Ribbon and an A+ School of Excellence. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation, I hold a Master's in Curriculum & Instruction. My leadership focuses on inclusive practices, data-driven instruction, and empowering educators to ensure student success.
