Served as the Installation Chief, Military Personnel Division (Dual hatted as the CAC Chief). Provided Military HR Services such as Deployment Orders, Reassignment Orders, NATO Orders, In/Out Processing, Transition, Strength Management, ID Cards, Retirement Services, Passport Services, DTS, Record Updates, Promotions, Evaluations, and Sponsorship.

Served dual hatted as the Chief, Casualty Assistance Center and Chief, Military Personnel Division, for the Army’s Largest Military Installation. Provided over 2,000 Benefit Briefings, Trained more than 4,500 Soldiers, who provided Military Funeral Honors for deceased Soldiers, Retirees, and Veteran’s. Trained more than 4,700 Casualty Notification/Assistance Officers. Provided Mortuary Services for 3,200 Families of deceased Soldiers. Served as the Installation’s Mass Casualty Operations Expert. Worked directly with Dover Air Force Base on real-world Mass Casualty events as well as scheduled training events. Responsible for creating/processing DTS Orders and Travel Vouchers, 50 Cooperate Credit Cards totaling $300,000, and managed a $2.4 Million Budget.

Served as the Senior Military Personnel Advisor for the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence and the home of the Army’s Warrant Officer Candidate Course. Provided Military HR Services such as Deployment Orders, Reassignment Orders, NATO Orders, In/Out Processing, Transition, Strength Management, ID Cards, Retirement Services, Passport Services, DTS, Record Updates, Promotions, Evaluations, and Sponsorship.

Served as the Central In/Out Processing Manager for Military Personnel assigned to Fort Polk, Louisiana. Responsible for Military In/Out Processing, Retirement Services, Transition, Reassignments, TCS orders, NATO Orders, ID Cards, and Record Updates.

Responsible for a Company S1. Provided Military Personnel Services such as leave and pay processing, Evaluation Processing, Record Updates, Drill and Ceremony Training, and Physical Fitness Training.

Served as the Executive Assistant to the Division Command Team. Reviewed administrative correspondence for the Division Command Team. Responsible for scheduling the Sergeant Audie Murphy Board, Soldier of the Quarter/Year Boards, Close-hold administrative actions, Military Awards, DTS orders, and responsible for the Government Purchase Card and Budget.

Served as the G-1 Enlisted Strength Manager, Processed Deletions and Deferments, Awards, Personnel Actions such as Married Army Couples Program Packets, Intra-Post Transfers, Military HR Policy, and served on the Division Color Guard.
