CurrentPoint person in leading key licensed product business for top entertainment, sports, gaming, military andlifestyle brands, while supporting the day-to-day licensing operations of a $35 million licensed portfolio.Key Contributions:● Strong relationships within the licensing industry and particularly with assigned licensors through regularcommunication and exceptional service.● Analysis, research and strategic thought leadership to deliver overall licensing plans and financial goals.● Execution of branded business plans and strategies with internal and external business partners to drivelicensed product business growth year over year.● Identification of emerging trends, industry insight and licensed business plan innovation to expand portfolio.● Negotiation and management of license agreements with over 30 licensors in sports, gaming, characterand military categories.● Management of the day-to-day business and contractual requirements for assigned licensors throughoutthe contract lifecycle, including contract development and execution, forecasts, reporting, contractcompliance, approvals, renewals, and more.● Maximizing licensed business growth by providing brand expertise to support sales and marketinginitiatives.● Lead on identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and prospective new partners.● Driving the continuous improvement in licensing department operations and processes.● Collaboration with internal product management, design and development, marketing, sales, legal,procurement, and finance departments.
