I am a Partner in the Melbourne based Watermark International Executive & Board Search team. My focus is C-suite and Board appointments. With nearly 15 years in executive search, I have managed complex engagements in both the public and private sectors in a diverse range of organisations that includes: government, healthcare, higher education, consumer, agribusiness, community and not for profit in Australia and New Zealand.I have worked with boards, chief executives, senior leadership and elected members in the appointment of executives sourced through local, national and international networks for more than 10 years. I am passionate about the quality of leadership in ‘for purpose’ organisations and am committed to identifying leaders who can make a tangible difference to the communities, they serve for the benefit of current and future generations.
