• Achieved a $600k increase in profitability by selling a Mexican subsidiary and reengineering processes
• Successfully orchestrated the sale of the Company in four separate transactions - modeled the various purchase scenarios,manged the due diligence process and led the detailed contract negotiations

• Implemented a structured business planning and analysis process resulting in the savings of $500K from the pruning of unprofitable product lines and a Swedish subsidiary
