• Led product development for all products including prototyping, wireframing, user testing and feedback sessions, feature decisions, and determining engineering priorities.• Created the vision, product roadmap, and strategy for products resulting in the release of innovative and engaging games that received multiple awards as well as coverage from many publications including the Washington Post and Boing Boing.• Managed updates and launch of additional features resulting in an average user rating above 4 stars across portfolio of products.• Presented on games and education at conferences and events across the country including Gaming Insiders, Apps World, and the Serious Play Conference.

• Responsible for $5 million revenue target and overseeing all pre-trip and post-trip communication with 300 schools, bringing 14,000 participants through the program annually.• Hired, trained, and supervised seven direct reports and co-managed 35 field science educators.• Overhauled website to improve customer experience and database to better capture data.

Developed science curriculum, team building activities, and leadership exercises combined with real world play to teach students in Yosemite National Park.
