I’ve always had a desire to understand why things function the way they do. This has shown up in every job I've had to how I complete DIY projects at home. My niche is knowing the ins and outs of a process and finding the most efficient way of doing it. If I can understand the end goal, how it started, and where it’s at, I can find a way to improve it. I am highly motivated to improve customer experience, as well as resolve existing issues. I’m goal oriented and can be very competitive which pushes not only myself but also my fellow team members to do our best. Over the years, I have managed projects and contract negotiations that have saved the company upwards of $300,000. I managed a redesign of the Loan Estimate Disclosure process that decreased customer experience from an average of 18-20 minutes to complete to an average of 4-5 minutes to complete. My goal at the end of every work day is to leave knowing I’ve improved someone’s day. I enjoy working with others and maintaining professional client relationships.
