Brought in by William Grant & Sons to continue oversight of Casa Lumbre brands including Milagro Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal, and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur; grew Montelobos and Ancho Reyes accounts by +48%.

Hired into agency to run the William Grant & Sons portfolio, initially overseeing Reyka Vodka, then Monkey Shoulder Scotch and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur; the only Associate in the company responsible for more than one brand.Focused on both trade and consumer facing activations, industry event coordination, marketing strategy, menu development, training and team building, vendor and buyer relationships, and reporting.

Curated entire bar program; hired, trained, and managed staff of 25; reported to Founder; wrote Nitehawk’s Bar Book (training manuals, recipes, spirit/beer/wine profiles, checklists).

Rapidly promoted to Bar Manager after 3 months of employment. Placed weekly beer and liquor orders, maintained inventory.Trained all new bartenders on specific styles, cocktails, and expected standards.

Managed the Independent Homestay Program, placing international students with short term host families throughout the country.
