CurrentProject Management Skills: Leading strategic implementations for Talkdesk, both individually and collaboratively. Gathering and documenting requirements, both functional and technical. Designing prototypes and configuring and integrating systems. Building user acceptance testing guides and conducting testing. Delivering training to customers.Consultation and Problem-Solving: Understanding customer business objectives. Consulting with industry best practices. Documenting user stories. Identifying Talkdesk as the best solution for customer needs.Technical Proficiency: Implementing solutions, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, triggers, and email alerts within Talkdesk's solution and/or 3rd party CRM systems. Leveraging technical acumen to identify processes and technical solutions for various situations.Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams, such as Product and Support, to ensure timely delivery of feature requests, bug fixes, and support requests.
