Successfully managed and completed the full life cycle of 500+ contracts annually, from ticket assignment through all related project management activities and archival. Drafted, analyzed and negotiated the terms and conditions of contracts requested by employees and consultants across the company, including but not limited to; Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Sponsored Research Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Statements of Work/Work Orders, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, CRO Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Material Transfer Agreements. Updated contract templates on a proactive basis in order to design a suite of contracts that are high-quality and internally consistent. Oversaw interns and contract workers hired to work on C4T’s contract database or perform other similar services. Managed the implementation of new software systems (e.g., a new contract management/administration platform). Coordinated with the Finance department on financial matters as they pertain to contracts and purchase orders, including financial approvals and related workflows, and provide required support for reviews conducted by C4T’s audit firm. Managed onboarding training for new employees and contractors on procedures for contract submission, review, negotiation and finalization. Managed offboarding of consultants and ensured required notice provisions are met. Expertly managed the contracting process for over 25 complex and diverse hospital chief codes across Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Responsible for executing research agreements for investigators focusing on bench research and clinical trials. Negotiated various incoming grants/contracts from Federal, State, foreign government, and nonprofit sponsors. These agreements included research collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements, data use agreements, and purchase service agreements.
