Lead and oversaw the global product development for private label brands: Imaginarium (Discovery, Express, Pretend, Creations, Learning and Home) and Bruin (Infant & Preschool). Worked extensively with design teams, China sourcing office and factories to bring all product lines from concept to creation. Developed product specifically for the Discovery segment of Imaginarium, including wooden developmental toys, wooden puzzles and blocks, EVA foam mats and toys.

Managed the global product development for private label infant and preschool toys branded Bruin, Babies R Us and Fun Years. Developed hundreds of products including multiple OEM product lines: Jungle Joy, Little Daisies, Garden Patch, Scream N Speed and Barnyard Beats. Experienced in injection molding, roto-molding, blow molding and cut & sew manufacturing processes.

Managed the development of toy lines, consumer packaging and marketing/collateral/sales materials. Worked extensively with licensed products. Strategically promoted brands and toy lines both internally to sales force and to consumers through advertising, public relations and social media.
