At Spartan I was responsible for conducting due diligence review, managing contracts, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance in real estate transactions. I assisted in the preparation, review, and negotiation of various real estate contracts and agreements, such as purchase agreements, leases, and easements. I also assisted with business entity maintenance and tracking of deadlines, including filings under the Corporate Transparency Act.

I facilitated all aspects of real estate deals by providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys, and my client, a real estate investment trust. I managed the entire acquisition process from inception through closing binder, including extensive review of due diligence items focusing on title, survey, and zoning.
