As the Director of Resident Life I was responsible for planning, directing, evaluating, and overseeing all aspects of student living. My top priorities were:Program Implementation:Implemented large-scale programmatic initiatives, including innovative housing pilots designed to increase community in student housing. Customer Success and Conflict Management:Quicky managed conflicts with staff and residents to ensure a seamless resolution for customersManaged 24/7 emergency crisis situations Staff Management:Recruited, hired, trained, evaluated, and supervised 24 full-time employees and over 100 part-time employees.Professional Standards:Served on the internal professional standards assessment team, culminating in a written report with recommendations for the Vice President.Interim Responsibilities:Assumed interim roles during multiple staff vacancies, including serving as the Dean of Residence Life and Student Housing and Director of Housing Operations.
