As the Social Media Team Lead & Employer Brand Strategist, I work to strengthen our recruitment marketing, employer brand and social media strategies. I collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and Public Affairs teams and drive integrated communications to enhance our brand presence across our social media channels and beyond. My mission is to help.

• Areas of focus:
• Initiated and continue to nurture a collaborative effort to create the first organizational recruiting brand guide.
• Oversee all institutional recruitment marketing campaigns from conception to reporting.
• Led the project to design and launch a new careers site with input from multiple stakeholders. I continue to review metrics and interview stakeholder users with an eye to improve the candidate experience.
• I work to bring together teams from across the organization to educate on the importance of employer brand and how they are contributing to the brand whether they realize it or not.
• Coordinate a collaborative effort to provide recruiters a toolbox of graphic designs to support their outreach efforts on social or in print.
