Love what I do and who I get to serve with -- always open to building connections that will address systemic inequities with youth/families most affected in order to create healthier, more equitable communities. My life’s work demonstrates a passionate commitment to the leadership development of BIPOC youth. I aspire to be a catalyst and resource for personal and social change with those I serve by: developing synergistic, sustainable connections (ideas and relationships), emphasizing activist learning opportunities that promote lifelong learning, community well-being, and the leadership development of BIPOC youth, and inspiring/encouraging others to commit to social justice and human well-being from an asset based perspective and ecological systems model.
