I have been in the Hospice field since 2007 and have established myself as a respected Executive Director by continuing my education on Hospice and Regulations with CMS. I value the opportunity to teach others about the Hospice benefit and how important it is to continue to be the author of your own book called "LIFE". I have gained a great deal of experience in the business/operations side of Hospice and what works well with the hospice staff and the community. I believe in being a leader that inspires the Hospice team with the center of it all being the patient and the families we serve. I have traveled in different states assisting with new Hospice operations and working with their marketing team to set the ground work for a successful organization. I have remained CAP free in my time in Hospice and have a proven track record of census growth. I take pride in working with our local healthcare organizations to prove that becoming a business partner is a valuable way to continue to serve the patients in our communities.
