Oversee and supervise operations within the real estate department of Perrie & Associates, LLC. Extensive knowledge of the closing process from start to finish. Specialized in residential real estate closing, but do have commercial experience and knowledge. I've worked in every position typical to a real estate closing firm. I possess extensive knowledge of Landtech, opening/coordinating files, pre-closing (including title curative & clearance) closing and disbursing. Create, manage and push all of the online strategies for Waterstone Events. Including marketing and profiles on several of the leading bridal sites to include The Knot, Wedding Wire and Atlanta Bridal. Create and maintain a highly interactive user base on leading social media sites. I also work as a wedding coordinator at The Conservatory at Waterstone. Responsible for managing set-up, timing and overall function and flow of the event.
