As an ESC Consultant, I work to enhance the impact and overall effectiveness of the New England nonprofit community. Multidisciplinary consulting teams are assigned to nonprofit clients seeking assistance with strategy, structure, management, and/or operations. We work collaboratively with ESC clients to understand the situation, make recommendations, and plan to implement solutions. Recent ESC engagements include fundraising and strategy projects.
