Oversee day program for adults with severe developmental disabilities and medical conditions. Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing budget, supervision of activity development/implementation, hiring, training and supervising staff, adhering to all Title 22 and Title 17 standards and ISP development/implementation

Made referrals to ancillary services for each resident as need is assessed, counseled residents who may be dealing with grief, loss, disease process of other psychosocial stressors in order to maintain a healthy and active recovery.
