Informed and led audience segmentation, targeting strategy, messaging development, brand oversight, media investments, channel mix, measurement planning, and regulatory processes associated with each campaign. The FARAPULSE launch execution resulted in value of BSX stock prices outpacing S&P 500.• Built the program strategy for integrated sales and marketing omnichannel programs such as Salesforce Rep Insights to deliver both digital and in-person customer engagements as scored leads to the sales team for the cryoablation and transseptal products, delivering $1.8M in associated revenue over six months.• Managed vendor consultant relationships worth $1.2M in contracts for a major rebrand associated with the Rhythmia HDx mapping system and informed the customer rebrand strategy, including segmentation, journey mapping, personas, value proposition, product positioning, creative platform development, and internal/external communications planning.• Directed the development of portfolio strategy for the Electrophysiology franchises—including pulsed-field ablation, mapping and visualization, radiofrequency, cryoablation, and transseptal access—into a messaging framework, brand strategy, and creative platform.
