Interior concepts was bought by my family a couple years ago. My brother has taken it over. He not only worked for them for 10 years, but moved to Pennsylvania in (a guess) 2008 where started his own business. When he moved back to Delaware, he bought the established business 'Interior concepts', in Hockessin and now is working diligently towards making a name himself. He works with Blinds and Curtains, selling and installing both. His access to inventory and the quality of his work, plus the one on one Customer Care, is what separates him from competitors. His business name is now MG Interiors. He has not yet incorporated interior Design/ Decor into his business. So, l worked as an entrepreneur and ONLY worked by word of mouth from 2013-Jan 2016. (Side note.:This an incredible amount of experience with Project Management. Also, a good amount of hours that can go towards receiving my PMP. Even though I'm most passionate about this interiors designing, I'm looking for a project Management job, while I receive my PMP. I just have to finish classes. I already have 7500 hours of experience that can be applied to get my project management certification. I only stopped doing interior design/decorating because I moved to Scotland in October of 2015. I had to refer any clients or potential clients to another company. Although it was the most professional approach, it was a huge mistake because I no longer have he clientele base I now need to continue with this passion.
