Works collaboratively and proactively to solicit business, supports and maintains broker relationships, re-establish cases, and conducts various targeted marketing and sales activities. Generates profitable growth and increased market share within North Central Territory. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with agents, brokers, home office employees and field leadership in order to gain alignment and momentum in delivering company distribution and service goals. Key Responsibilities: • Develops strong partnerships with producers by helping build their business through value-added sales strategies• Coordinates with other team members to manage unworked and underserviced cases through proactive outbound sales calls and email communications• Manages reenrollment programs• Distributes marketing material for email/mail campaigns• Provides liaison assistance for underwriting requests between home office and broker• Maintains ongoing relationships with internal departments by sharing and distributing pertinent information• Communicates effectively to external and internal customers by answering incoming calls, asking appropriate questions and accurately disseminating information. Answers product questions and provides pertinent information.• Provides sales team with administrative office support.• Maintains knowledge of all compliance rules and procedures and reports all issues or violations in a timely manner
