I'm a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning specialist working at the intersection of research, implementation, and impact. My work includes all aspects of impact and program evaluation, including developing research plans and tools, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, presenting to all types of audiences on research findings, and working with diverse teams. I excel at adult learning, developing and delivering in-person and remote training programs that build enthusiasm as well as skills and knowledge. My experience spans multiple sectors, including global and public health, conflict and violence prevention, and economic development and livelihoods security, and I have worked in the field with local and international colleagues and partners in locations across sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Central America, and South Asia. I am passionate about building evidence for development interventions that work, and demonstrating their effectiveness and efficiency to diverse audiences.
