As an Educational leader, I build positive relationships and as a result, I am relied on daily by staff and students. Staff seek me out to resolve inter-peer conflicts, instructional blockages, and classroom management techniques. Students often confide in me with not only school-related, but home-related concerns. My school community trusts that I will lead them in a positive direction while keeping their concerns as confidential as am allowed.While working collaboratively with or leading teams, I believe creating a safe space where feedback is encouraged and accepted. These positive interactions motivate others to stay engaged and open their minds to new avenues of learning.I also mentioned that MATH is important! Most of my colleagues don't know this about me, but, I actually LOVE the part of my job that is responsible for creating, analyzing, and presenting data.
