Creation of Manpower plans for all procurement activities (buying, expediting, SQS, Material Control and T&L) , Project Procurement Plans , SCM weekly/ monthly reporting, PEP (project execution plan), coordinate activities and job duties within the SCM group, attend all project related meetings to represent SCM, and work closely with the client. I also support and train new buyers and am part of the mentorship program through Jacobs SCM as a mentor.

Worked with discipline leads to procure equipment and services for the project. Issued competitive bids and complete bid evaluations for recommendation to purchase. Negotiated commercial requirements including Terms and Conditions, pricing and delivery. Completed Procurement Strategy Matrix to clearly define deliverables required for the project. Attended weekly project meetings and project kickoff meetings. Organized all bid clarification meetings, and Purchase Order Kickoff meetings. Issued RFI’s, RFQ’s and Purchase Orders for equipment and services. Monitored Vendor Performance through Vendor Performance Evaluations for each project. Assisted the expeditor to ensure on time deliveries of equipment and services. Update Manhours estimates, Trifinity and monitor time used throughout project procurement hours. Stored and maintain all commercial internal and external project emails, files and documentation. Created Cost Savings Initiative for Client, reported current and future savings monthly to the client. Issued Low Risk Subcontracts for site services.

Procurement of Commissioning/ Start-up and Two Year Operational Spare Parts. Coordinate and arrange material delivery to multi-destination sites within the project. Process contracts; monitor for completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of payments. Research vendors and contractors to determine alternative sources, types of materials, supplies, methods and availability, quality, and price of products or services. Maintain records, logs and files; verify accuracy of information; process invoices, claim vouchers, requisitions and purchase orders. Develop and maintain lists of vendors that meet the standards of Meg Energy Corp. Issue competitive bids, complete the competitive bid analysis, and make recommendations. Review and negotiate terms and conditions and supplier of choice agreements. Expedite material and equipment to site. Source and order all fleet/ site vehicles.
