• Manage overall business strategy and day-to-day operations and management of the +$50MM global Viacom & Nickelodeon Home Media Distribution businesses including budget management, business development, product pricing decisions, marketing/advertising, and media, and product development. • Stakeholder in management of the global P&L, reducing inventory and shipment risks, managing COGs, identifying cross-business efficiencies in an effort to deliver the strongest result on behalf of Viacom.• Drive product strategies to mitigate the proliferation of SVOD to maintain our position of #1 Kids TV studio. • Manage the global partnership with Paramount and Universal Pictures and 3rd party partnerships including Amazon. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the execution of product planning including creative development, publicity, media planning, brand marketing, promotions, legal, and operations. • Work in partnership with Nickelodeon Retail Sales and Marketing account leads to ensure product inclusion in top-tier retail programs.

• Oversaw development, design, and execution of key CP-wide trade shows and events throughout all stages of planning: vendor selections, establishment of the brand story, trade advertising, promotional activities, sales materials, sizzles, creation of outlines for brand presentation and working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment. • Managed all event logistic of annual Nickelodeon presence at Licensing Show (Vegas; 10 years) and Consumer Products Partner Summit (New York; 5 years) • Executed the largest multi-platform SpongeBob Retail Marketing program in partnership with Macy’s. The partnership secured SpongeBob as the 1st animated Holiday Ambassador for the department store giant.

• Managed the development and execution of cross-business marketing programs, consumer advertising, and promotional activity. Developed overall network launch and marketing plans in partnership with the Sr. Director for SpongeBob SquarePants, Winx Club, and Peter Rabbit. • Managed all aspects of the domestic portion of the global SpongeBob SquareShorts online sweepstakes/contest. The contest included the online portal creation, legal rules, screening of over 1,200 entries, managing a taskforce to judge each entry based on criteria I developed, and coordination with the two winners of the contest at the SpongeBob Fan Fest in Universal Studios Hollywood. • Executed the Winx Club on-air launch including development of creative briefs, style and packaging guides, positioning documents, launch plans, and creative analysis.

• Launched exclusive front-of-store programs at Kmart; Dora Puppy (2009) and Kids’ Choice Awards (2010) • Worked directly with Retail Development team to plan concepts, manage, and execute comprehensive retail programs at Kmart, Mid-tier, and Department stores. • Conceptualized and executed all presentation materials such as custom decks, leave-behinds, in-store renderings, etc. • Managed account planning calendar and program one-sheets that tracked all retail activity for accounts/programs.

• • Assisted in development of all Sales Materials for key Consumer Products properties, including: one-sheets, sizzles, sales presentations, and style guides. • Managed all aspects of three consecutive client weekends at the Kids’ Choice Awards (2008 – 2010), which included travel arrangements, ticket distribution, seating arrangements, itineraries, and room drops for 150 guests and 50 internal employees. • Served as a Thursday Think co-chair with a full year of meetings occurring monthly with an average attendance of 40 – 50 people
