    -Responsible for reporting, documenting, ticketing and following up on all alerts and notifications to Customers. All tickets were kept up to date through resolution and closure. Forged relations on multi levels to form project wise Team efforts. ServiceNow ticketing system was utilized to document, report and resolve Incidents and changes. Solarwinds networking tool was used to monitor, document and report network outages, I.e., lan, switches and routers in making a decision while collaborating with the network platform to what may have caused the outage. Network outages can also be caused by bad equipment such as a bad UPS, in this case coordination with hardware would have to be established. Monitored circuitry for 4g and 5g utilizing TPX Orchestrator, a circuit monitoring tool that helps in determining via alerts, events that displayed the level of outage, I.e., partial outage, or entire customer site. Coordination with Utility companies for the affected area to determine if the outage was equipment and/or weather related was often required in troubleshooting. We would report our findings to the affected customer and proceed with coordinating resolution such as dispatching technician to affected site if outage is suspected to be hardware onsite in equipment room and coordinating with vendor to assist. Forging relationships with powers to be to ensure the technical aspect is fully understood when explained via email, chat, or phone. • Utilized AWS using EC2 Compute services (Linux Commands) and S3 storage services file folders process, archive and utility.
