For the last 25 years, I have had the privilege to act as an agent of change, strengthening the capacity of schools and families to meet the diverse needs of every child while empowering every individual I work with to make the positive changes that they desire. I believe every individual "does well if they can" and deserves to be given every opportunity to grow to their full potential. As a mental health practitioner, I bring compassion, along with creative ideas, an open heart, and lots of patience as I hold space for every child and adult to share their story. I utilize a variety of counselling techniques and interventions in my practice, such as therapeutic drumming, HeartMath, BrainGym, and play therapy interventions. As a certified Connect Parent Leader, I have facilitated the strengthening of parent-child relationships over the last 7 years.
