She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, specializing in emerging economics. Prior to graduate school, she utilized her B.S. in Biology while working at the University of Oklahoma, HSC, in Pediatric Infectious Disease performing science research. Jennifer Springer was appointed in 2019 as Vice-Chair to the Investment Advisory Council (IAC) under U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross. She continues to serve on the committee and has been appointed under both President Trump's & Biden's administration. Springer is a member of Leadership Oklahoma, Class of 35 and was recognized by The Journal Record in 2022 as one of the “Top 50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma.” Springer lead Project Blue Sky, the Lt. Governor’s branding of the State of Oklahoma and has served as an International Economic Development Council Guest Instructor. During the pandemic, Jennifer Springer directed the launch of the Oklahoma Supply Chain Initiative, to assist our Oklahoma companies and mitigated supply chain issues, being one of the first of three states to launch a response. In 2023, she directed the launch of the SITES Program, a comprehensive infrastructure program to develop industrial sites in Oklahoma.
