Client Account Management- Client Services Team is responsible for the flow of information between multiple internal departments and is responsible for the creation of business communications regarding client accounts. In addition to serving as a frontline contact for our clients, the team works collaboratively with Operations and Sales Executives to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Client Services interacts with clients on a daily basis and juggle a myriad of responsibilities, including onboarding and implementation, responding to client inquiries; investigating account discrepancies and anomalies; coordinating IT, connectivity and client online access requirements, producing account report specific for each client’s needs as well as assisting collection floor efforts in to increase success client’s account. Onboarding- Success starts with implementation. The Director of Client Services is responsible for the streamlined and successful implementation of onboarding new clients. The team is responsible for all aspects of a client’s account setup including file transmission layout and details, system setup, training, scheduling, and driving the internal division updates to stay on target and on time all while providing clear direct updates to our new clients.Clerical Support- This group provides a wide variety of general support activities on a company-wide basis in addition to specific administrative support for client-specific projects.

• Provide Print and Online solutions to clients in regards to their hiring needs while maintaining brand standards. Including working with clients on advertising/branding creation, campaign timeline and investment strategy for print, specialty publications, as well as creating and maintaining an online presence. • Created new quarterly healthcare recruitment magazine to increase job market overview for all of Tennessee while increasing client exposure. New publication generated approximately $600k in first year circulation. Managed client branding efforts for both West and Middle Tennessee territory.• Successfully fulfilled client’s recruitment needs. Accomplished this by consistent review of campaign data in order to provide solid recommendations. Meeting client’s goals as well as the sales goals set before me.

• Provide recruitment campaign solutions to clients in legal, healthcare, customer service, banking, and hospitality industries in Memphis, TN.• Develop new business and grow existing businesses through superior service and solid recommendations to meet client’s recruitment needs. • Analyze sales performance to goals and develop strategies to meet those goals. Was able to accomplish this task by working with client to build a strong relationship and providing solutions that increased client’s brand awareness ultimately increasing my client’s and employer’s ROIs.
