My name is Jennifer Terrazas and I'm currently a student of Business Management at the University of Texas San Antonio currently pursuing my bachelors with a passion of one day being a manager or even owning my own business. I'm from originally from Mexico , but have been in San Antonio for about 18 years. Being that I have a grown up to see my family with heir own businesses now i am so close to being able to put everything i have learned and seen over the years into my own career. i'm looking to pursue a career that focuses more on helping people, i want to be front line of business where i get to interact and help others. The opportunity to grow in a company is always at the top of my search and is of the utmost importance to me and my next career move. Creativity and willingness to help are some of the attributes that I value highly and I am most certainly looking for a company that shares these interest with me. I like to find the balance between innovation and structure, locating where and how new ways of helping others can benefit the company but most importantly those that are interested in the company. My ultimate goal is to find a business that values new concepts and mindsets with relatively traditional structures to form a plan that will not only help the company gain more money, trust, and costumers but that will also care for its people. At the end of the day fairness and actually caring for customers and doing what is also beneficial for them matters a lot to me.
