Directed the planning, analysis and execution of the Symphony's $2.6 million annual individual giving program, development operations, stewardship, events and the annual department budget. Managed a team of two and worked closely with two major giving officers and campaign counsel. Worked cross-departmentally to strategically incorporate subscribers and multi-single ticket buyers into enhanced patron stewardship practices. In the absence of fundraising leadership from July, 2015 through April, 2017, served as the Development representative during the formation and implementation of the Symphony's five year Vision 2020 strategic plan. Project participation included: strategic planning sessions (2015), re-branding task force (2015), new website development (2015), migration to Tessitura CRM software (2015), creation of the Symphony in 60 concert series (2016), collective bargaining agreement negotiating committee (2017), $50 million comprehensive campaign (2015-present) and on-boarding 30+ new staff members since July 1, 2015Established new annual fund, development operations and stewardship business practices during an expedited Tessitura Network transition, developing systems for gift entry, acknowledgement, reporting, finance and campaign structure protocol. Updated the annual fund Membership renewal system, resulting in 50% of renewed gifts being upgrades or increases in the 2016, 2017 fiscal years.Produced the 2016 and 2017 Jacksonville Symphony Galas in coordination with Vicarious Events, creating the signature kick-off event of the Jacksonville social events season. These events uniquely blended local culture and philanthropy and raised the standard for Symphony events.
