MY ROLE: I was promoted three times during my tenure, with impact across digital training and development content creation and product evaluation, including technical troubleshooting. I managed through change during pre-release periods, working cross-functionally to anticipate and solve design issues. I also standardized the design process with a focus on improving user experience.
