She launched a new major giving program and grew donor revenue by thirty percent.Prior to EngenderHealth, Jennifer spent ten years at the University of Minnesota Duluth as the Director of Development for various colleges. She fostered a culture of philanthropy, leading to a three-fold increase in giving and securing the College of Liberal Arts’ largest gift of $3.3 million, which established its first endowed professorship. In 2019, she played a key role in merging the College of Liberal Arts with the School of Fine Arts, leading fundraising for the new College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.Jennifer also worked in fundraising for various cultural organizations in Florida, including the Sarasota Opera and WUSF Public Media (NPR station.)
