• Plan and execute the staffing for 175+ business management consultants, while aligning the right talent to support client needs• Communicate staffing assignments to consultants• Manage 35+ staffing requisitions per month• Consult with account managers/client leads to identify open resource needs and determine appropriate acquisition of resources (FTE, division, contractor, direct hire) • Engage with consultants to identify new assignments that help meet career goals and maximize utilization; understand capabilities, skills and interests of employees in order to factor in to staffing decisions• Partner to each Market Leader on resource availability, status of opportunities, office metrics, issues, etc)• Collaborate with recruiting team to facilitate staffing of contract labor and/or direct hires• Facilitate weekly sales and availability conference calls • Track headcount & report on various business metrics • Ensure accurate consultant hours/projected utilization in revenue management system ChangePoint (PSA) • Monitor data in PSA to ensure accuracy; update data as needed (opportunity close dates, revenue, opportunity status, resource taggings, time submittal, etc)• Manage onboarding and mentor/coaching programs for New Hire consultants in order to reduce ramp up time and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
