Accepted the responsibilities of Deputy CIO to organize, plan and execute the Court’s $10M IT operating budget, and implement Court’s IT strategy in all 44 counties. Developed a new procurement process to spend $20M over 2 years in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
