As the Director Of School Operations at Partnership Schools, I oversee the daily operations of one of the seven Catholic schools in NYC that serve low-income students. With my Master of Public Administration degree and my background in criminal justice, I bring a unique perspective and a passion for social justice to my role. I have more than eight years of experience in managing school operations, including student data, transportation, food, technology, security, and facilities. I also coordinate special events, field trips, and family engagement activities that enrich the school community. I have strong skills in project management, working with children, and Spanish, which help me communicate effectively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
