My career has been a journey of growth, adaptability, and a deepening focus on people. I began as an administrative assistant, where I learned the importance of efficiency, organization, and supporting day-to-day operations. This foundational experience gave me strong skills in managing office workflows and handling confidential information—skills that would later serve me well in more leadership-focused roles. I then had the unique opportunity to work as a private nanny, where I developed an ability to adapt quickly, think on my feet, and manage educational development for children. This experience sharpened my interpersonal skills and taught me how to create environments where growth and well-being are priorities—whether for children or a larger team.In recent years, I transitioned to the spa industry, where I’ve taken on leadership roles managing teams, overseeing operations, and driving performance improvements. My work as a Spa Supervisor has allowed me to blend my skills in HR, training, scheduling, and performance management. I’ve cultivated environments that prioritize both individual growth and operational success.
